Testing
Sonysview products are rigorously tested for durability, including waterproofing, impact resistance, corrosion protection, and performance under extreme temperatures and UV exposure.
Waterproof testing
All Sonysview outdoor digital signage is engineered to provide excellent waterproof protection, ensuring optimal performance and durability even in heavy rain.
To ensure top-quality standards, our products undergo IPX5 Water Jet Testing, where:
- Water is sprayed from all directions for a minimum of 3 minutes.
- The water flow rate is 12.5 liters per minute, using a 6.3mm nozzle.
The outcome: No harmful effects and zero water leakage, ensuring reliable operation in all outdoor conditions.
Toughness Test for Glass
To ensure protection against external damage, our devices are equipped with IK10-rated glass. Each glass panel undergoes rigorous quality testing to verify its durability:
- A 5kg steel ball is dropped onto the glass from a height of 0.4 meters to simulate potential on-site impact.
- The glass remains intact without any damage.
This testing guarantees the strength and resilience of our screens in real-world conditions.
Built for Extreme Environments
We conduct comprehensive testing to ensure that our outdoor digital signage can withstand extreme environmental conditions, including temperature fluctuations, humidity, solar radiation, and other outdoor challenges.
Our LCD products are tested to operate reliably within a temperature range of -20°C to +68°C, making them suitable for installation in most regions worldwide. Additionally, rigorous lab tests evaluate the performance and heat dissipation of our LCD devices when exposed to solar radiation.
